Nonie is Director – Foresight Consulting Pty Ltd and Principal – Policy Skills and is an experienced consultant in public sector and not-for-profit sector governance, service delivery design, performance management and development, capability and skills development and organisational review and development. She serves on a number of not-for-profit boards and one commercial board.
Nonie’s areas of expertise include: Policy design and process; policy capability and skills development; community engagement; strategic planning; project management; business planning; development and improvement; change management; workshop design and facilitation; governance and probity design, establishment and review; services delivery negotiation, and facilitation, mentoring and coaching.
