Conny Weyrich

Trauma Informed Coach and Art Therapist

Conny is a trauma-informed coach and art therapist who weaves creative processes into her coaching. Her previous career in consulting and marketing informs how she relates to her clients and their work environments. Conny finds profound joy in blending her diverse skills and experiences into her therapy & coaching practice Sensemaking Space.

Qualified to work with clients on a coaching-therapy continuum, Conny can safely explore recurring emotional or behavioural patterns.

Beyond working with the Map, Conny is fascinated by neuroscience and how our nervous system is shaped by our lived experience. This influences our stress response, (work) relationships and how we can be ourselves at work.

“I value how a creative inquiry can take us deeper and offer fresh insights into how we work, what sustains us, and what erodes our emotional and mental wellbeing.”
