Management Development Consultant and Retirement Transition Coach

Christine has been a Learning and Development and Leadership and Management Development Consultant with a national remit for many years, and held Head of OD roles for a number of national and regional Scottish organisations.

She has worked as an executive coach and OD practitioner for over 18 years and now specialises in transitions to retirement. Christine provides clients with a wide range of diagnostic approaches and tools; she works with high integrity, offering confidential consultation with the key stakeholders in order to determine the specific, prime outcomes they are seeking. This includes working closely with clients to design competency models; assessment and development centres; 360-degree questionnaires; management and leadership development programmes and individual, team and organisational diagnostics. She has undertaken a wide range of organisational interventions and projects, from senior team workshops to organisation wide conferences; inter-team workshops; team events and programmes, performance management processes; change workshops; cross organisational communication processes; and graduate training schemes.

Christine worked for many years as a manager of large numbers of staff in a range of local and regional offices in the public and private sector. As a result, she adopts a pragmatic approach to training and development.
