Transformational Leadership Lecturer and Coach

Since 2020 Clare has worked as a Lecturer at the University of Tasmania co-facilitating an innovative Transformational Leadership Professional Practice Masters Program. She also co-facilitates trainings for Outdoor Health Therapy for counsellors, psychologists and therapists with Adventure Works Australia and delivers yoga and mindfulness sessions on my website.

Clare was licensed in the United States as a massage therapist in 1988, and has trained extensively in yoga therapy, fascial fitness, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, yoga philosophy, non-violent communication, nervous system regulation, restorative yoga, and meditation with some of the worlds most renowned teachers.

In 2002 Clare founded ‘Yoga from the Heart’ in Hobart, Tasmania, which she directed and grew until 2019. She has been fortunate to lead numerous workshops and teacher trainings locally, nationally, and internationally over the years.

Clare is currently in the process of training with The Centre for Courage & Renewal as a ‘Circle of Trust’ facilitator.
